According to what was leaked on the net, in these hours the first renderings of the new Moto G Stylus 5G from Motorola have been leaked; the device is shown in all its beauty and in all angles thanks to the tweet of a well-known tipster.
Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G: where have we seen this before?
Motorola already announced a Moto G Stylus phone earlier this year, but apparently this won't be the only one model planned for 2021. There will be a second terminal that will be launched as the Moto G Stylus 5G.
Apparently, a rendering of the networked device has now emerged. The images were posted to Twitter by TechnikNews' Nils Ahrensmeier and show the phone from all angles. As can be seen from the photo, the Moto G Stylus 5G will have a hole in the left corner of the display, while the side frames seem rather thin but the lower profile appears - as per tradition - much thicker.
Motorola has chosen a different camera design from the model it launched earlier this year. Although it still has four sensors, these are now arranged in a very particular way reminiscent of a gas stove (it's true…). The camera housing protrudes and there is a pill-shaped LED placed horizontally under the optics. Motorola's Batwing logo is located in the center of the back cover and underneath there should be a fingerprint scanner.
The Moto G Stylus 5G has an audio jack at the bottom alongside a USB-C port, a speaker grille, and space for the stylus. The top of the phone is instead, clean and without disturbing elements.
According to the source, this is the Motorola device codenamed “denver” and according to previous reports, it will be powered by a Snapdragon 480 5G processor. This is Qualcomm's entry-level 5G chipset and we've seen it appear in many low-cost phones: OPPO A74 5G, Y52s, Nokia X10 and HMD Global's X20.
The terminal is said to come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage, but it has also been revealed that there will be a 256GB version. We expect this variant to have at least 6GB of RAM.
As for the cameras, it has been revealed that the main camera will be 48 MP and will come with an 8 MP ultra wide angle, a 5 MP macro and a 2 MP active depth lens . The front snapper is 16MP.
According to Nils, the Moto G Stylus 5G will be a US-exclusive product, but Motorola may announce it in another market under a different name. When it will launch is still unknown, but if you want an affordable 5G phone with a stylus, you might want to keep an eye on this gadget.
