However, some users have recently reported on the Samsung community the impossibility of sending saved files in the memory of the smartphone via WhatsApp with the Double Account mode active, and also to open the files received by other users.The bug afflicts those who use version 2.21.10.16 of the instant messaging application and subsequent versions.Samsung, however, has announced in the past few hours through his forum that has taken note of the problem and who will solve it with a software update.
Until then from Seoul they advise not to send the files from WhatsApp's conversation but to change approach, or to share the file through the appropriate Share function of the gallery if it is a photo or file manager if it is any otherfile.In doing so, according to Samsung, no problems should be encountered.A little more astrusal procedure for the received files that cannot be opened in the first instance: the company recommends forwarding them to the main WhatsApp account and open them from there.
