To obtain the Green pass, we remind you, you must meet one of the following conditions: have had the anti-Covid vaccination (in Italy it is issued both with the first dose and with a completed vaccination cycle); be negative for a molecular or rapid antigen test in the last 48 hours; have recovered from the virus in the last six months.
Green pass on mobile phone, how to download it from the Government website
In general, in order to download the Green pass from mobile phone, you need to have a digital identity (SPID or CIE) or the AUTHCODE, the code that arrives directly via text message after vaccination, or in any case the CUN, NRFE and NUCG codes. These last three codes are released, respectively, after a molecular swab, rapid antihygienic swab and recovery from Covid-19.
More specifically, the Green pass can be downloaded to your mobile phone by accessing the website dgc.gov.it, set up by the Italian Government. Once you have entered the site, you can obtain the Green pass by entering your digital identity. In the absence of a SPID or CIE identity, after entering one of the above codes, it is necessary to enter the last eight digits of the health card identification number. At that point the system will refer you to another page from which you can download and save the entire certificate and/or the simple QR code in pdf format on your mobile phone. In fact, at the time of verification, what the managers of the venues or the managers of the places where the Green pass is required will check will be the QR code. Therefore, once the pass has been downloaded to your mobile phone, just show the inspector the code that will be scanned using the VerificaC19 app.

If you want to download the Green pass on your mobile phone, another way is that of the Immuni app, the application for tracking the Covid- 19 that the Government has enabled for the issue of green certification. Downloaded from Google Play (Android mobile phones) or from the App store (Apple mobile phones), to obtain the Green pass, simply click on the EU digital COVID certificate section, visible on the home screen. At that point it will be necessary to enter the last eight digits of the identification code of the health card and one of the four codes received via text message or e-mail (AUTHCODE, CUN, NRFE or NUCG). The Green pass will thus be downloadable in pdf format together with the QR code.

'Io' is the application launched by the Government that offers citizens the possibility of quickly accessing, through SPID or CIE digital identity, to various public administration services and obtain certifications. Including the Green pass. The app is accessed by entering your SPID or CIE identity only once.
